Doña Felisa cellars are a family enterprise founded by Gema Alonso and her husband José María Losantos, this cellar has a “chateaux” style, and is surrounded by vines and is located in Serranía Rondeña (Málaga), an area named “Chinchilla” in the proximities of the Roman city of Acinipo (Land of wines), where in the century I a.C. the wines were produced and exported to the whole empire.

The elaboration of the wines is based on a careful production of the vineyard, transmitting the expression of the "Terroir", where it is found. The winery develops a type of viticulture called, Integrated Viticulture, with a density of five thousand plants per hectare and with a fully regulated control, which follows parameters that are respectful with the environment. Harvesting is done in boxes of 15 kg and manually, transporting them to the selection table, where the grapes are classified, transported and processed depending on their variety, age, health status and following a strict at all times. The reception and selection of all the grapes that enter the winery are supervised by José María Losantos.
