1. Shipping Conditions

1.3.4. It is the full responsibility of the USER to verify the order at the time of delivery and, if applicable, to inform all claims that it considers, as long as they are justifiable, such as product breakdowns or lack thereof.

In the event that the USER does not inform the carrier at the time of delivery and in the relevant document (delivery receipt) of such complaints and / or timely complaints, Bodegas de Andalucia will not be responsible for the claims or the costs arising from a post-distribution claim. The delivery time notified in the order is merely informative, not contractual. 1.4. Discontinuance and reimbursement

1.4.1. Orders can be cancelled, if the CLIENT so wishes, at no cost until the moment the shipment has already been prepared for the corresponding shipment. If the request for cancellation of the user arrives in a period after the preparation of the order, said request for cancellation will be considered a return by the CLIENT.

1.4.2. The USER may freely withdraw from the contract of sale, without indicating the reasons, within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days following the date of receipt of the product. 1.4.7. Bodegas de Andalucia will not accept the return of any product that suffers deteriorations inflicted by the CLIENT.

1.4.8. The return of the product must be made in its original packaging and in perfect condition, without damage inflicted and without being contaminated by the CLIENT, and will be sent to the place indicated by Bodegas de Andalucia in the instructions sent to the CLIENT. Also, in the packaging must appear the data of the CLIENT of complete and integral way in order to know who is the receiver. In case of not sending the product in the conditions described in the present terms, said product will suffer a depreciation that in any case must be paid by the CLIENT.

1.4.9. It is not possible the discontinuance in the cases provided for in article 103 of Royal Decree 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the Rewritten Text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users. 1.4.10. 2. Shipping fees

3. Guarantees

All our products offer the manufacturer's direct guarantee for two years from its acquisition, as established by Law 23/2003 of Guarantee on the Sale of Consumer Goods.
