Craft beer made with 4 different types of malts. 100% natural ingredients, without additives, dyes or preservatives. Not filtered or clarified.

Fermentation with Fino yeast and light maturation in oak barrels previously aged with Oloroso de Jerez wine. Second fermentation in the bottle to generate natural CO2.

Style: Belgian Blond Beer.

Bitterness: 2/10.

Alcoholic degree: 6% Vol.

Tasting note:

Golden appearance with orange flashes, white foam and medium carbonation. Delicate aromas of white flowers such as orange blossom, sweet fruit in syrup. In the mouth apricot, medlar and some pastry sweets. Light bitterness. Yeast notes of Sherry Wine.

Pairing:

Seasoned appetizers, Asian sweet and sour food, salads, vinaigrettes.
