15&30 Dubbel Sherry Cask is a craft beer made from 6 types of malts. Ingredients 100% natural, without additives, colorants or preservatives. Not filtered or clarified.

Matured in oak casks previously aged with Oloroso Sherry wine, under a veil of flor and static aging. Second fermentation in bottle for the generation of natural CO2.

Style: Belgian Dubbel Beer.

Bitterness: 2/10.

Alcoholic strength: 8% Vol.

Tasting notes: Dark amber looking beer, medium bubble, ivory foam. On the nose, malt, very ripe red fruit and other notes reminiscent of the passage through oak barrels. In the mouth, the sweetness of caramel malts, dried fruits and raisins is present, with some vinous touches due to the maturation of the wineskin.

Pairing: Grilled meats, spicy stews, artichokes, Iberian sausages.
