This wine is entirely developed by the García Saborido family, who have been working this land for decades in the area known as La Jara in Sanlúcar de Barrameda (Cádiz) just 300 meters from the beach.
The youngest members of the Carmen, Rocío and Martín family embarked on this project to create a red wine with personality, quality and to pay homage to their grandfather.
The entire process is carried out with care, work in the vineyard, grape harvesting, selection of bunches and barrel aging to obtain an authentic oenological jewel, which is also the first red wine made entirely in Sanlúcar de Barrameda.
This wine comes from the production of a single vineyard by the sea. In an area with sunny winters and cool summers. This wine stands out for its intense layer, of strong tonality, with violet hues. Bright and attractive.
Soft and fleshy texture, aromatic aftertaste, very long and powerful. Fresh, fruity with balsamic notes. The proximity to the sea gives it a very personal salty touch that favors its digestion and invites a drink. Intense and dark plum.
Tell this when serving it: García de La Jara is a tribute by three grandchildren to their grandfather, Paco García, a good farmer from the La Jara area in Sanlucar de Barrameda (Cádiz), who also enjoyed the sea and liked to fish sea bass ...
The hat on the label of the bottle was his inseparable "pet" (the typical hat from Cádiz).
