The elaboration of the products strictly follows a traditional recipe of the grandmother of the founder of the company, guaranteeing with this recipe the obtaining of a homemade product, unique and of the highest quality.
In addition, we want to bet on the union of tradition and innovation, making red and green tomato jams through an artisan and innovative process, which meticulously respects the cooking times and does not need the contribution of any type of thickeners or preservatives.
Both the fried tomato, the jams and the homemade ratatouille are made by hand over low heat, using a cooking time between three hours and three and a half hours, achieving a slow and adequate reduction of the raw material, and obtaining only one jar 365 g of fried tomato for every kilo and three hundred and fifty grams of natural tomato.
The raw material with which we make our products comes from our own farm, we harvest tomatoes of varieties that put flavor before mass production and are harvested by hand at their optimum point of maturity.
Our tomatoes are of the smooth round type, they are not industrial varieties, which makes us obtain a unique product.
They have the Los Palacios Collective Tomato Brand and Global Gap certificate, which certifies good agricultural practices, concern for the environment and consumer welfare, providing a quality mark to our products.
Regarding the rest of the ingredients, we have fresh vegetables from nearby farms in Los Palacios and Villafranca.
