A bright and transparent amber vinegar. Made with palomino grapes and aged for at least a year, its aroma has a characteristic winey background. Its acetic flavor, soft and pleasant, reminiscent of fragrant wine, makes it especially suitable for dressing salads, for marinating and, in general, for any dish that requires vinegar.
