Juan Sánchez de la Torre, is the one who in 1781 laid the foundations for the Sánchez Romate Hermanos society, one of the few wineries that is still in the hands of Jerez owners.

Product Details

Dark mahogany, clean and radiant, it is a vinegar made with the varieties palomino (85%) and pedro ximénez (15%). It has a minimum aging time of three years. Its characteristic and intense acetic aroma is reminiscent of the old fragrant and its mild and pleasant taste has moderately sweet notes with traces of fragrant wines and oak wood.
