4Ojos Wines is a company formed by Lucía Fuentes, Desirée Rodríguez and Olga Sánchez. In 2015, after graduating as superior technicians in viticulture and enology, they decided to embark on this project based on the creation of signature, single-varietal wines from indigenous grapes from the area.


There are wines that are made following scrupulously a recipe, there are wines that have some corrections, there are minimum intervention wines, and then there is Al Tun Tún 2016.

This Atlantic white wine is made with Muscat of Alexandria grapes from albariza soil that ferments in stainless steel tank, where it remains a year on its lees, to subsequently spend 10 months in a bota de oloroso (a sherry barrel).

Of course, it’s bottled without been clarified or filtered and, when you uncork it, the surprise is guaranteed.

On the nose, the citrus aromas and the amontillado ones stand out. The palate is complex; There are many familiar flavors that don’t usually go together. We find the salinity and limestone notes of the albariza soil playing with the citrus bitterness of a lemon peel and with the smoked and nuts of an old bota de amontillado.
