Nourished with the albariza soil and pampered with the climate of the South, Barbadillo Blanco de Blancos combines the elegance of the Sauvignon Blanc grape with the liveliness of the Verdejo variety. The Moscato grape provides harmony and softness to achieve the perfect balance.
Features
Interesting and complex assemblage of three white grape varieties presented to us by Bodegas Barbadillo. ´Barbadillo Blanco de Blancos´ is a Sauvignon blanc with a small contribution of Verdejo and Moscatel de Alejandría from the vineyards that the winery has in the Gibalbin area, in Jerez de border. The Verdejo variety gives it a touch of acidity and liveliness and the Moscatel gives it that unmistakable varietal terpenic aroma. The result is a very fresh wine, very aromatic and absolutely different from what has been tried before.
Origin
Blanco de Blancos is a wine that was born on the banks of the Guadalquivir, a product of research, innovation and experience . This wine shows the freshest side of whites made in the south, without giving up the elegance and style of wines that come from clay and calcareous soils, such as the albariza lands of Gibalbín and Santa Lucía , in Jerez Superior.
Pairing
Ideal to accompany fish dishes with a certain forcefulness, such as meaty or baked fish, fish stews or corvina ceviche. It combines perfectly withfatty cheeses such as camembert or goat cheese.
