Nourished by the albariza earth and pampered by the southern climate, Barbadillo Blanco de Blancos combines the elegance of the Sauvignon Blanc grape with the vivacity of the Verdejo variety. The Moscato grape brings harmony and smoothness to achieve the perfect balance.
Interesting and complex assembly of three varieties of white grape presented by Bodegas Barbadillo. ´Barbadillo Blanco de Blancos´ is a Sauvignon blanc with a small contribution of Verdejo and Moscatel de Alejandría from the vineyards that the winery has in the Gibalbin area, in Jerez de la Frontera. The Verdejo variety gives it a touch of acidity and vivacity and the Muscatel that unmistakable varietal terpenic aroma. The result is a very fresh wine, very aromatic and completely different from what has been tried before.
Blanco de Blancos is a wine that is born on the banks of the Guadalquivir, the product of research, innovation and experience. This wine shows the freshest side of the whites made in the south ... without giving up the elegance and style of the wines that come from clay and calcareous soils, such as the albariza lands of Gibalbín and Santa Lucía, in Jerez Superior.
Ideal to accompany fish dishes with a certain forcefulness, such as meaty or baked fish, fish stews or sea bass ceviche. It goes perfectly with fatty cheeses like camembert or goat cheese.
