This wine, from the famous Bodegas Barbadillo, from the Gibalbin Vineyards, and with only 6 degrees of alcohol, and made with 100% muscatel grapes, is ideal as an aperitif.
Barbadillo Vi are the letters "vi" and not the number 6 in Roman numbers as many people think. This wine preserves the texture, the pale yellow colour and the own smell of the wines lighter and fruity thanks to its process of fermentation. Its aroma reminds of roses, lychee, talcum, citrus and muscatel grapes, slightly sweet to taste.
The system chosen for the fermentation also allows the maintaining of the texture almost intact, the colour, and the smell of the wine. Fermentation is more voluntarily stopped when the desired graduation is achieved, and according to its winemaker Monserrat Molina, the winery's commitment is to produce quality wines combining tradition and innovation, and this is reflected in a very special way in its Second name "Vi."
You can tell this while serving: The packaging of Barbadillo Vi Moscato Frizzante is a limited edition and its label is an original design of a young Sevillian student.
