Barbadillo Vi (it's "vi" and not 6 as many people think), is a wine from Cádiz that preserves the texture, pale yellow color and aroma of lighter wines and fruity thanks to its fermentation process. It is made with the muscatel grape, with a sweet flavor and its aroma is a mixture between lychees, various citrus fruits, talc and roses.

Elaboration

For the fermentation of this wine, a system has been chosen, which manages to keep the texture, smell and color almost intact. When the desired graduation of the wine is achieved, its fermentation is stopped. According to its winemaker Monserrat Molina, what the winery seeks is to be able to produce thebest wines of the highest quality through innovative and traditional methods.
