This wine comes from an estate located within the Doñana National Park Biosphere Reserve, which is situated 150 metres above sea level.
Líbero is an organic white wine from Huelva province, made from the Zalema grape.
The grapes used are harvested by hand and then introduced into stainless steel tanks to make the carbonic maceration. The grapes are left to ferment spontaneously in an enclosed space without oxygen before being crushed. Once the maceration is complete, it is transferred to new French oak barrels and then bottled.
Share this when you serves this wine: José Joaquín Contreras belongs to the fourth generation of the family and is the winery's oenologist. In his own words "Líbero is the first wine I had the freedom to design, with it I wanted to express the same feeling you get when you dive headfirst into the virgin beaches of Doñana National Park. Líber comes from Italian and means free".
