Cortijo de Jara Tinto Crianza

Red wine with 12 months in barrel, 15º made with Tempranillo, Merlot and Syrah varieties.

View: It is a cherry color wine of very high intensity, as well as clean and bright, with notes between purple and reddish that mark its aging time. .

Nose: Wine of high aromatic complexity, where the varietal aromas of red fruits of the Tempranillo and black of the Merlot become aromas of more mature fruits that intermingle with balsamic and spicy notes at the same time as the toasts of the wood.

Mouth: The entry into the mouth is sweet and friendly, where the fruit fills the entire mouth accompanied by the right acidity that gives it a pleasant freshness. Aftertaste of pleasant fruit memories.

Jara is a cortijo, typical Andalusian agricultural construction.

This farmhouse evokes the abundance of Roman villas in the Jerez countryside, as here was found a rich marble sculpture of a lady, covered in a robe and cloak. In the second half of the 13th century, the gift of Xara was among the great properties granted to the term by Alfonso X.
