Red wine elaborated looking for the maximum expression of the varieties that compose it. It is a very balsamic wine, it reflects perfectly the terroir from which it comes. Pago del Espino wine is a red wine elaborated looking for the maximum expression of the varieties that compose it: the Petit Verdot grape, the Tempranillo grape and the Syrah grape. It is a very balsamic wine, it reflects perfectly the terroir from which it comes. The vineyard is surrounded by a large area of oak and scrubland, with abundant aromatic plants, which mark the mineral nose, but also highlights the ripe black fruit.
The work with the wood, in the 16 months of aging, results in a perfect integration of the aromas, adding complexity to the wine. The palate is fresh and pleasant, with a great natural acidity conferred by the height at which the vineyard is located. The tannin is very mature, thanks to the magnificent exposure of the vineyard, which guarantees an excellent phenolic maturity of all the varieties that compose it.
