Monovarietal sweet wine made with the queen of the Malaga grapes, the Moscatel de Alejandría, and which belongs to Bodegas Doña Felisa (Chinchillawines).
The BF Maestro wine is a sweet monovarietal wine, which is made from the Muscatel de Alejandría grape, the queen of Malaga grapes. It is a wine from Málaga.
When grapes are harvested, the grapes are left in the sun, obtaining the highest concentration of sugars needed. This process is called "sunning".
The class of master wines are obtained by the addition of wine alcohol in a specific amount so that its fermentation is slow and incomplete, to the must of fresh wine grapes before the fermentation begins.
For its pairings it is recommended to take it very fresh and it is ideal for desserts and ice creams, pates, foie and fatty cheeses.
You can tell this when serving: The vines used to make this wine are located on such steep terrain that the use of mules is necessary in the harvesting of grapes, as was traditionally done. This also means that the production of bottles is limited to 2000 units at harvest.
