This Ronda wine from Bodegas Doñas Felisa, made with a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes, validates in 2016 the award already obtained in 2014 as Best Cabernet Sauvignon in the World at the International Cabernet Competition held in Paris.
Doble Doce is a red wine made with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes. In 2014 it won the award for Best Cabernet Sauvignon in the World at the International Cabernet Competition held in Paris, a title that will be validated in 2016.
These grapes are harvested by hand through Integrated Viticulture, thus respecting the environment, thus ensuring that it has the seal of Certified Quality.
It is a biodynamic wine, which is aged in French oak barrels for more than twelve months. The wine has a ruby red colour, with an intense aroma of liquorous and ripe black fruits. In the mouth it is smooth and balanced, round and fine, which leaves memories of the scrubland.
It belongs to the emerging D.O. Sierras de Málaga.
Double Twelve was the red wine served at the inaugural dinner of the Spain-USA Forum presided over by Their Majesties the King and Queen of Spain, Don Felipe and Doña Letizia.
