Encaste Crianza

Encaste Wine is a wine made with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. This Red Wine is elaborated with a premaceration of the grape at 14 degrees during 24 hours, and later a maceration in stainless steel tanks to controlled temperature.

Its aging in French oak barrels lasts 12 months, and in bottle 24 months. The grapes are harvested by hand, whose viticulture is the Integrated Viticulture.

This wine has balsamic aramos, with fruity notes such as ripe black fruits, accompanied by roasted cocoa, chocolate, scrubland and fine wood, with plenty of body, structure and strong tannins.

All this is what made him win the gold medal in the International Wine Competition of Lyon. After a sample of 5,800 wines from 28 different countries, Encaste is made entirely from a grape variety originating in France.

It belongs to the emerging D.O. Sierras de Málaga.

The light, the nature, the culture and especially the bullfighting, as it is reflected in its label, make this wine represent the character, the tradition and the depth of this millenary land that is Ronda.
