It is surrounded by Ronda´s mountains and located in an area known close to Roman city of Acinipo,"Land of wine", where fine wines have been produced and exported to the whole Roman Empire and all around the world since Roman times.


This Brilliant and medium bodied wine with clear color of almost royal-purple. Presents intense aromas of fruit like plums or cherries, and also some notes of toasted spices and hints of rosemary with woodland savors . It has a bright and lively character. Beautifully assembled, smooth and fruity  in the mouth with agreeably modulated tannins, giving a long finish. Is an  outstanding well balanced wine to enjoy in any occasion.

90% Tempranillo, 10% Tintilla de Rota

Involves a cold Maceration of grapes at 14ºC during 24 hours and a further maceration in stainless­-steel vats for 2 days. Subsequently the wine is fermented with selected yeasts in the vat, at a controlled temperature. The 'Malolactic-fermentation' also occurs within the vat.

The wine is matured for 3 months in French oak barrel.

To accompany
Goes well with all sorts of tapas, especially iberico-ham, and dishes with spicy sauces or salads.
