This wine is aged for nine months in French oak barrels in the Cognac region and is characterized by its high aromatic intensity to black fruit, intertwined with notes of chocolate and spicy toast that gives it the wood of French oak barrels. The taste is potent, harmonious and balanced, as it is fermented with selected yeasts at controlled temperature, and is made by a cold pre-maceration of the grapes at 57.2 º Fahrenheit for 24 hours, and subsequently to the maceration in steel tank of 3-4 days. This wine is made with Tempranillo and syrah grape varieties, selected and hand collected under the strictest quality controls to comply with the type of viticulture they make, called Integrated Viticulture, with a fully regulated control that follows a few parameters respectful with the environment, hence it has the seal of Certified Quality.
You can tell this while serving: The label that defines this wine is designed by Hugo Zapata (creative of several projects for national and international companies) and is inspired by the Spanish manila shawls.
