The Tresillo Amontillado Fino is the result of an initial soleraje as vino fino for more than ten years followed by a subsequent aging, resting under the slow action of oxygen for the rest of the time of its evolution.


El Tresillo Amontillado Fino is a wine made from the Palomino grape. This Amontillado Wine is a Sherry Wine, whose ageing and aging lasts more than 10 years.

This Amontillado Fino is the reflection of the joint action of the winemaker's criterion, as well as the microclimate and evolution of wine in the winery.

Tasting: It stands out for its "finesse" and elegance, typical of its marked biological origin without maintaining the more vinous character and long consequence of its final oxidative stage. Soft and persistent drink wine with organoleptic values ​​closer to a long biological evolution than its stage under the action of oxygen.

Copper-amber color, fresh aroma with roasted notes, frosty orange peel, hazelnut. Fresh wine in the mouth, light structure and dry and long finish.

Recommendations: wine with a more gastronomic profile than aperitif, although it accompanies olives, dried fruits without forgetting Iberian cold cuts and light and semi-hard cheeses. Perfect with clams or razor clams, ideal with lamb or kidney gizzards as well as all kinds of mushrooms and blue fish such as grilled tuna or sashimi or tataki type, harmonizes with baked rock fish, as well as all kinds of marinades.

Serve at 12º in the glass to allow a good oxygenation and expression of the wine.
