Alejandro Narváez, influenced by his maternal French ancestry, has created his own tribute to Burgundy with Mon Amour , a unique wine that captures the essence of both wine regions.

The Mon Amour wine is made from a double selection of clusters and grains, carried out on a selection table . The must is worked cold and in an inert atmosphere before fermenting in French oak barrels. During aging, a periodic batonnage is carried out to work the lees, a process that extends throughout the ten months of aging in the barrel itself. Mon Amour is bottled without filtering or clarifying, thus preserving its pure and natural character.
