Forlong Assemblage is a red wine from Cádiz. This wine is made with Merlot (60%), Tintilla (30%) and Syrah (10%) grapes. It is an organic wine.

This is the first wine from the Forlong winery, and the main reason for creating a project born of the utopia of Rocío and Alejandro to produce wines of quality and ecological breeding in an environment where the wines of Jerez predominate (Fino and Chamomile). It is also the first red wine, not only for them as manufacturers, but also for the winery, which had not previously produced a wine of these characteristics, with a lot of structure and vividness in the mouth not to make it heavy in its disfavour. The name of the wine comes from the correct way of naming wines composed of more than one grape variety, this being an "assemblage" or assembly and not a "coupage" as it is usually called. Following 3 types of grapes: Merlot, Tintilla and Syrah.

You can tell this while serving: The labels of their productions reflect colour and imagination, and all of them show impossible characters full of life and fantasy, so their intention remained the same: characterize their wine and show how they enjoyed themselves and how much they fit this setting. This time it is a cow with a moustache and tie that they affectionately call "the transsexual cow", reflecting the topic that a red must congenial with meat.
