It is a wine aged in oak barrels, the result of a very artisan result since it has been harvested by hand.
Hermanos Holgado Roble is a young wine made by blending with the main grape varieties grown on the Dehesa Palomino estate, owned by the Hermanos Holgado Winery in the town of Villamartin, in the Sierra de Cádiz. Ecological vineyard and artisan production for a good young wine of excellent value for money, and that is a serious representative of the wines of the land of Cádiz.
Own vineyard of organic farming. Each of the varieties is vinified separately, fermenting in stainless steel tanks. Once the blend has been made, which can vary from one vintage to another, the wine remains in oak barrels for between 4 and 6 months.
