This Cabernet Sauvignon, with aromas of raspberries, tobacco and coconut, has been harvested by hand, handmade and aged in oak barrels for six months. Its particular roughness, violet nuances and herbaceous flavor make it a wine with an elegant structure.
Hermanos Holgado is a small and familiar winery located in Villamartin, in the heart of the Sierra de Cádiz. From its own certified organic farming vineyards, it produces a series of monovarietal wines, among which this young Cabernet Sauvignon stands out with just six months of aging in oak barrels. A powerful, purebred wine, with tannins still to be polished, but which shows the great aptitude of the soils of the Sierra de Cádiz for the adaptation of foreign varieties.
