Candela is a cream elaborated from the mixture of the best soleras of the wines Olorosos (Palomino) and Pedro Ximénez aged in American oak casks.


The Candela Cream Wine is a Sherry wine that is made from the mixture of the best soleras of Olorosos (Palomino) and Pedro Ximénez wines aged in American oak casks. This wine has a perfect balance thanks to the elegance of the Oloroso and the sweet texture of Pedro Ximénez. The color of this wine is natural amber and its flavor is soft, sweet and very velvety.

For its pairing it is recommended to be consumed as an aperitif, served in a long glass with ice and a slice of orange. Excellent with blue cheeses, foie gras and desserts such as fruit, pastries and ice cream.
