Made with 100% Palomino must, fermented in stainless steel tanks, headed at 15% vol. Aged and raised under a veil of flowers in American oak barrels by the traditional Soleras and Criaderas system in the wineries of El Puerto de Santa María.
Tasting note: Pale straw color, this light, dry and soft wine has memories of the sea and almonds in its aroma. The palate is fresh and sharp, appreciating the flower of its aging.
Pairing: As an appetizer serve with ham, cheese, almonds and olives. At the table with fresh fish, oysters and prawns.
