The Triangle is a wine made 100% with Tintilla de Rota (native to the area), harvested by hand and at night in small boxes of 14 kilos maximum to keep the product in optimal conditions. Del Pago Balbaína, a coastal vineyard planted on limestone albariza soils with more than 15 years of age.
The grapes are selected by hand on a table and vinified in stainless steel tanks and open barrels for about 30 days. Later, the wine is aged for 5 months in wood of 5 years of use and an additional aging of 15 months in storage before being bottled.
From El Triángulo, red wine, it should be noted that on the nose it is very spicy, highlighting black pepper with touches of blackberries and cherries. The palate is smooth with a step marked by freshness. It is very gastronomic due to the coastal verticality, being able to pair with white meats with sauce, Grilled turkey, Chicken with mint, Pasta with meat sauce, Semi-mature cheese.
The wine is bottled without filtering and without clarifying.
You can tell this when you serve it: Its name refers to the well-known Triangle of the Sherry framework that make up the towns of Sanlúcar, El Puerto de Santa María and Jerez de la Frontera and it will be a collection of wines from vineyards that are located within it.
