Bright amber colour with golden hints. This complex Amontillado shows intense notes of hazelnuts, caramel and sea salt together with smoky wood aromas, resulting from years of ageing in the bodegas of Jerez. Dry and elegant on the palate, powerful, with a long spicy aftertaste. 94 points on the Parker scale. An outstanding wine.
SOLERA FAMILIAR RANGE
This range originates in the old soleras founded by Emilio Lustau early in his career as a Almacenista. All varieties of sherry are represented in this range: from the lightest Finos and Manzanillas, to the more full-bodied wines like Olorosos and Palo Cortados, not to mention sweet selections like Moscatel and Pedro Ximénez.
Aged in American oak casks in the traditional “Solera y Criaderas” system in the
Lustau bodegas in Jerez de la Frontera.

Serve slightly chilled, between 13-14 ºC, (55-57 ºF) and pair with artichokes, consommés, cold and smoked meats, even rich flavoured fish or seafood dishes.
It is a perfect wine to accompany spicy Asian cuisine.
