V.O.R.S. RANGE
This wine Lustau V.O.R.S. Palo Cortado is a wine of the Lustau VORS range, being thus a wine with qualified aging and certified by the Sherry Wine Regulatory Council. It is made with the Palomino Fino grape and its Denomination of Origin is Jerez - Xérès - Sherry.
Lustau VORS (Very Old Rare Sherry) Palo Cortado has its origin in the search and selection that Manuel Lozano, winemaker of Lustau, carried out among the oldest soleras of this wine that the company grows old in its cathedral cellars in Jerez.
It is a topaz colored wine with coppery nuances. It maintains an intensity on the nose, with aromas of pecan nut and spicy wood. Slightly bitter in the mouth, with hints of dark chocolate. End very long.
Serve between 13 and 14ºC in a wide-mouthed glass. We recommend enjoying it slowly, appreciating how the wine evolves, its aromas and sensations.
