SOLERA FAMILIAR RANGE
This Lustau Manzanilla Papirusa wine is a Manzanilla, which is made with the Palomino grape variety. It is aged under the layer of yeasts flower veil, by the traditional system of Solera and Criaderas in Sanlúcar de Barrameda.
This Chamomile is bright yellow. Notes of sea breeze on the nose. Completely dry in the mouth, being light, fresh and sharp on the palate, with a refreshing acidity.
Serve at 7 - 9ºC. It is the aperitif wine par excellence, and perfectly combines on the table with seafood, oysters, fried fish and dishes made of white fish.
You can tell this when serving: Papirusa means "beautiful woman, beautiful" and was the name of a famous play of the 40s. It was the name of the favorite doll of the daughter of Joaquín Burgos, first manager of Lustau under the direction by Emilio Lustau.
