This Lustau Puerto Fino wine belongs to the Solera range of the winery. This wine from Jerez is aged under a veil of flowers in American oak barrels in El Puerto de Santa María.
It is pale straw colored. It is a light and dry wine on the nose. The palate is fresh and sharp, appreciating the flower of its aging.
Serve at 7 - 9ºC. It is an excellent appetizer to accompany olives, almonds, ham, cheeses and sausages, and all kinds of tapas. Serve also at the table accompanying hors d'oeuvres, oysters, seafood and white fish.
