SOLERA FAMILIAR RANGE
This Cream wine is aged in Jerez de la Frontera, through the traditional Solera and Criaderas system in American oak barrels. Each of the wines (Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez) age separately in their corresponding solera.
The Lustau Rare Solera Superior Wine is made with two varieties of grapes: the Palomino grape and the Pedro Ximénez grape.
It is mahogany. With notes of dates and raisins with a smoked wood background. The "Cream" par excellence, soft, sweet, complex and very long on the palate, but balanced with a very clean acidity.
Serve at 10 - 12ºC. Accompany light desserts and blue cheeses. It can also be served in a short glass with ice and an orange slice.
