Dark mahogany color with bronze highlights. Concentrates aromas of ripe fruit, mocha, cocoa and toffee. Very complex on the palate, with clean acidity. Flavor with raisins, walnuts and crystallized orange.

Among the Specialist Range, we can find this wine Lustau East India Cream, being a wine of the most exceptional, outstanding and unique for its old age or for some element especially differentiating in its elaboration, being thus one of the great icons of Lustau. It is a wine made with Palomino grapes and Pedro Ximénez grapes.
In the aging of this wine it is tried to reproduce the one that in the XVII century they developed the wines in the transatlantic trips to the distant Spanish colonies. After 12 years of aging, the two wines are combined to re-age.
It is dark mahogany color. It maintains aromas of ripe fruit, mocha, cocoa and toffee. It has a taste of raisins, walnuts and crystallized orange.
Serve between 12 and 13º C accompanying tables of cheeses, foie gras or desserts. It is recommended to serve in a wide glass, with a lot of ice and a slice of orange. Its marked and inimitable personality has made it a reference in today's cocktail bar
