The microclimate of Sanlúcar de Barrameda impregnates with a unique saline touch the surface of the flower veil of the Manzanilla. Pale golden with iridescence of yellow spring flowers; its chamomile aromas, with bakery notes, green apple and vibrant freshness. An unforgettable wine
3 EN RAMA RANGE
The "3 en Rama" range is made up of the Fino wine from Jerez de la Frontera, the Fine wine from El Puerto de Santa María and the Manzanilla wine from Sanlúcar de Barrameda, a wine from each of the cities that make up the Triangle of Jerez. To obtain this wine, it is bottled directly from the boot, without previous treatments or filtered.
Located at the mouth of the Gualdalquivir, Sanlúcar de Barrameda has a microclimate that impregnates with a unique saline touch the surface of the "flower" veil of the Manzanilla. This Manzanilla, selected for its delicacy, ages under veil of "flower" in American oak barrels for 5 years and is bottled without any treatment.
It is a straw yellow color. In the nose it is an intense, fruity, saline and complex wine. Predominant aromas of sweet apples and pastry dough, reminiscent of a tarte tatin homemade. Notes of quince, hay and chamomile. The palate is tasty, saline, with a refreshing acidity and a persistent finish.
Enjoy this Chamomile on a cold branch (7-9ºC) and accompanied by oysters or a sea bass ceviche.
