TYPE OF AGING: Criaderas y Soleras
ALCOHOL DEGREE: 15º
TYPE OF CONTAINER: 50cl bottle.
SERVICE TEMPERATURE: From 12º to 14º. Use glass of white wine
TASTING NOTES: it is a wine of ebony color more or less intense, with very broad tear and visual sensation of great density.
The nose offers extremely rich aromas, with a predominance of sweet notes of nuts such as raisins, figs and dates, accompanied by aromas of honey, syrup and fruit in compote and candied, accentuated with the aging time the toasted tones (coffee, bitter chocolate and cocoa) and licorice. In the mouth it is velvety and unctuous, with an acidity that mitigates the extreme sweetness and the warmth of alcohol, and a very long and tasty finish.
RECOMMENDED DISHES: It is a dessert in itself, although it combines exceptionally with desserts based on slightly bitter chocolate, with ice creams or blue cheeses of great intensity, such as Cabrales or Roquefort.
