Blanca Maria fermentado en barrica

Wine belonging to Bodegas Marcelino Serrano, a family winery managed in the oenological part by Blanca Maria Serrano (Bachelor in Oenology and Technical Engineer of Agroalimentary Industries) and her father Marcelino Serrano in the city of the vines; located in the town of Alcalá La Real and belonging to the Protected Geographical Indication Sierra Sur de Jaén.

The wine Blanca María fermentado en Barrica is a white wine made from white Chardonnay grapes selected from its estate "Entretorres". This wine from Jaén has a fermentation in stainless steel tanks and later in new French oak barrels. Once the fermentation is finished, these barrels are covered, leaving the wine with its fine lees for 4 months.

This wine is tasty, dry and with touches of vanilla, a touch of lemon, maintains a very good acidity which makes it balanced. Its color is golden with tones of lemon color.

The name of this wine is that of Marcelino Serrano's daughter, Blanca María, who is also the winery's oenologist.
