The Wine Entrechuelo Chardonnay is a white wine made with the Chardonnay grape variety. This grape is collected in nocturnal harvest, and its origin from the Cortijo de Torrecera.
Its fermentation and aging is done with its lees. Its maturation lasts 3 months in bottles.
Wine of excellent preservation for several years.
The color of this wine is yellow with green reflections. Its aroma has notes of apricot, peach and orange. In the mouth it is a sweet wine, soft and with little acidity.
