Entrechuelos Roble, is a wine from the Land of Cádiz. It is the short-aged red that the Domecq family makes on their Jerez estate in Torrecera.
They use the four red varieties that they have planted in their vineyard, Tempranillo, Merlot Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon.
It is light, smooth, very fruity and with just the right wood.
Unpretentious, it is a wine for the day to day.
Cultivated in the lower reaches of the Guadalete River, on hills facing west to receive the afternoon sun and the humid and salty winds of the Atlantic.
The production is made exclusively on the farm, from cultivation to bottling, which allows adequate control of the wine conditions at all times.
Straw yellow in color, due to its floral aromas, citrus tones of orange and grapefruit, as well as exotic fruits, it provides a soft, sweet and very round mouthfeel with balanced acidity that make it ideal for light rice dishes, fish and shellfish.
