It is aged for 6 months in French and American oak barrels in natural clay caves located in the interior of the mountains, at a temperature between 16-18 degrees.
Intense ruby red color, with marked aromas of red fruits, spicy and toasted notes, with a balsamic background. In the mouth it is fresh, with a well integrated acidity, expressive and meaty, with an intense and persistent finish.
