Osborne VORS Pedro Ximénez Viejo

Osborne VORS Pedro Ximénez Viejo

This old PX comes from an exclusive solera that was founded in 1905 and is located in the La Palma winery. As a curiosity, the hearth is formed by a single barrel and 3 criaderas of 9-7-7 boots. This is undoubtedly the wine for which the Bodega Osborne has received more national and international recognition.

Produced in Puerto de Santa María (Cadiz), this Pedro Ximenez Viejo 30 years old comes from a solera founded in 1905, the oldest of the Jerez Viejo de Osborne product range.

It is a sweet wine of great aromatic richness, in which complex notes stand out both on the nose and in the mouth. It is, without any doubt, an exiquisito wine, fantastic to take it alone as an aperitif or for after-dinner, either alone or with desserts. Admired and awarded around the world, it is one of those wines that we should all try, pure history turned into wine.

The Regulatory Council of the D.O. del Marco del Jerez catalogs as VORS (Vinum Optimum Rare Signatum in Latin and in English Very Old Rare Sherry), wines with more than 30 years of average aging. These unique wines constitute the great oenological reserve of the Marco del Jerez. Undoubtedly the wines with the greatest aromatic complexity and the most valued for their organoleptic characteristics.
