The Flor de Indalia Blanco wine is as its own name indicates, a white wine. It is made with Vermentino, Macabeo, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay grapes. This wine is young golden yellow. Its aroma is floral with evolution to caramel. The soils where these vineyards are, are limestone.
You can tell this when serving: The vineyards of the Pagos de Indalia winery are located on the banks of the Andarax and nestled between Sierra Nevada and the Sierra de Gador, in a landscape of large ravines, pits and slopes that often make use of mules and mules for work in the most rugged places.
