A classic and recognized fine chiclanero, the Fino Arroyuelo de Bodegas Primitivo Collantes, much more recognized in these current times since the young Primi Collantes, the fourth generation of the family since the founding of the winery at the beginning of the century, took command of the winery. XX. For this Fino Arroyuelo, as well as for the rest of the wines, the winery has about 40 hectares of its own vineyard in the El Marquesado area, both Palomino Fino and Moscatel, located in the Matalián Estate, which gives its name to another of its great wines. Fino Arroyuelo is a soft fine, halfway between the fine Manzanilla and the Jerez fine, with about five years of biological aging under a veil of flower, with a full flavor and the intense aroma of the Chiclana fines.
It starts from a must of Palomino Fino grapes, planted on albariza soil on their own farm. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. Once the fermentation has elapsed, the delio is carried out, and then the base wine is topped at 15% vol with wine alcohol to pass to the criaderas and soleras for its aging under a veil of flower for about 5 years.

Tasting note: Straw yellow with golden reflections, bright, clean. Intense but elegant nose, notes of fresh yeast, almonds, toasted notes. In the mouth it is dry, fresh, very balanced, wide and enveloping, with a very long finish.
