Made from a careful and careful manual selection of grapes of the zalema variety, native to the County of Huelva, this is a young and fruity wine that is subjected to a fermentation process at controlled temperature, which allows it to highlight all its potential aromatic of the variety. The use of the most advanced technology in the entire production process makes it a noble and select wine. A true privilege. One of the best-selling wines, and one of the first to be produced in Andalusia. More than 30 years pairing the gastronomy of Huelva.
TASTING NOTES
Clean in color, it has straw yellow tones and pearly reflections. Very bright, almost colorless, reaching yellow with greenish hues. On the nose it stands out for its primary aromas, characteristic of the zalema grape, such as ripe white fruit, banana, pear and apple. Very clean, with floral details. Already in the mouth it is light, very tasty, dry, smooth, fresh and balanced, with a good aftertaste and an elegant finish.
PAIRING
It is a perfect wine to accompany both a tapas and a meal, especially with creams, seafood and fish.
