Obtained from the traditional system of criaderas and soleras, through oxidative aging, from a careful selection of grapes of the zalema variety. From the Misterio range of wines, it is part of a family of fortified wines that give pleasant sensations to the palate, the result of decades of experience and the good oenological work of the Cooperative, and collect the best of the winemaking tradition of the County of Huelva. In addition, they include our commitment to maintain a unique and exclusive oenological wealth of the South of Spain.

TASTING NOTES
Attractive mahogany color with greenish reflections. On the nose it is clean, intense and elegant, and its pungent aromas that are reminiscent of nuts, toffee and coffee stand out. On the palate it is dry, full of flavors and persistent. Complex and very balanced wine that lasts in the retronasal way.

PAIRING
Ideal with all kinds of tapas and appetizers, especially cheeses, cold meats and Iberian ham. Also fantastic with stews and meats, especially game meats.
