VERMUT elaborated with the best wines of the Cooperativa Vinícola del Condado (Bollullos Par del Condado, Huelva) and aromatic extracts. It is the first VERMUT of the cooperative and it was born with the illusion and of course with enough quality to become one of the great wines to consume and not only as an aperitif.
The Misterio Vermouth wine is made from the best wines of the Cooperative. It has an elaboration which is based on the system of crianzas and soleras. It is a vermouth wine made with grapes from the County of Huelva.
With a mahogany colour, this wine has spicy notes in the nose that end up becoming Doñana herbs. In the mouth it maintains a balance between acidity and sweetness.
Serve very cold or with ice.
Tell this when serving it: Vermouth is a word of French origin meaning "without dyeing", which in turn comes from the German "wermut". Although people may confuse it, it is not a distillate, it is made from red wine macerated in herbs, more specifically red wine, wormwood and other bitter substances. One of the origins could be in the Romans, who already flavored wines with various herbs and spices to achieve prolonged conversations.
