Rey Fernando de Castilla Oloroso Antique is a Fortified Wine made with Palomino de Jerez grapes that has been aged for 20 years old. It is a particularly dry and aromatic wine, with hints of walnuts and orange peel. Very long on the palate. It belongs to the range of Jerez wines. p>
Elaboration
For its preparation, the grapes are pressed and fermented in stainless steel. Headed and subjected to oxidative aging in oak casks by the traditional system of criaderas and soleras.
Annual production is approximately 5,000 bottles.
