The wine Voy a Perderme belongs to the Sánchez Romate winery. It is a Pedro Ximénez wine, and it is made with the Pedro Ximénez and Moscatel de Chipiona grapes. It is a sherry wine.

I´m going to get lost is the third came from the series Unusual Sherries of the prestigious house Jerez Sanchez Romate. Is notable for its light - hearted image and unusual in the field of sherries. This is the drawing of a woman in a swimsuit saying " I'm going to miss" .

Hopefully the marketing to revitalize consumption Sherry. It's a shame what are probably the best wines of Spain hardly be appreciated. That is why the initiative Sánchez Romate value it very positively. You must get a younger audience and update wines to current living conditions, otherwise the wine culture will not survive.

I am going to miss a Pedro Ximenez light that has a small proportion of muscatel that gives citrus notes. Our recommendation consumption with desserts and with strong cheeses.

Wine type:   Pedro Ximénez (Generosos)

Region: Jerez (Andalucía).

Variety : Pedro Ximenez and a small percentage of muscatel of Chipiona.

Appearance: Color dark mahogany, high layer and abundant and dense tear.

Nose: The nose is high intensity. Aromas of dried fruit, honey, caramel and orange peel.

TASTE:  The palate shows the characteristics of a Pedro Ximenez less dense than usual. The correct balance is achieved. In any case we can consider cloying being pleasant to drink. It is very soft, tasty and leaves a long aftertaste of dried fruit and chocolate liquor.
