Sometimes it is very complicated to identify the line that separates Fino from Amontillado. This is the case of Fino Perdido of Sánchez Romate, which we could fit in the typology of Fino aged or Fino-Amontillado with higher complexity without exceeding 15º.

Fino Perdido Romate is a Sherry wine. This wine is made from the Palomino grape and is a wine which is aged for eight years. It is a limited edition.

This wine is a limited edition with eight years of aging that shows a quite complex aromatic palette.

The classic aldehydic aromas, tenuous but present, give way to more evolved touches of iodine, nuts, varnishes, honey and toast, with an elegance that reflects the passage of time.

In the mouth has that special touch, slightly buttery, which makes us think of a good job with the heads of the boot.

Its passage through the mouth is very elegant and rewarding. It does not hit with rapid expansion acidity. He behaves like a distinguished gentleman, with calm gestures, showing his work with tranquility and self-confidence. It is a Fino of great depth, of those that invite to the stillness and the reflection, something that seemed destined to generous of older and rancid ancestry.

One of the best fines that can be found in the market.

Tell this while serving: As the name suggests it is a style of wine that is almost not found. It is a Fino made with Palomino grapes that goes up to 8 years under the "velo de flor".

It does not filter or clarify, so you can find some natural sediment in the bottle
