Schatz - Acinipo is a type of red wine. This biodynamic wine is made from the Lemberger grape variety and is a wine from Malaga.
This wine belongs to the collection of Federico Schatz's winery. It is made with German Lemberger grapes (called Acinipo by him), brought in 1982 when he settled in Ronda with the idea of making wine, and adapting perfectly to the conditions of the area.
Acinipo (H) is the flagship and the largest production wine of the winery (6,000 bottles), it is taken out only when it is perfect and kept the necessary time for the consumer to open it at the right time to enjoy it. In short, the jewel in the winery's crown.
It is a wine to enjoy because it is round, everything is subtle, there are no overloads of aromas and flavours that stand out and mistreat the palate. A wine made with the heart, a wine with soul and that knows how to transmit that spirit in the glass.
Tell this when serving it: Ronda is a place where historically the vine has been present, since in the time of the Iberians and after the Romans it was cultivated in the city of ACINIPO (hence the name of the wine), whose Roman remains are located 20 kms from the centre of Ronda.
The 6 wines that make up the winery's collection have each of the letters that make up their surname: SCHATZ.
Limited production: 6.000 bottles
