International class wine, a wonderful blend of 4 grape varieties (Tempranillo, Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon) full of compensations and contrasts, "the path of pleasure has the name of Finca Sanguijuela", Federico Schatz (owner of the winery) tells me very poetically, strategically located in altitude and orientation to receive the perfect winds for the cultivation of the vine.

Schatz - Finca Sanguijuela is a red wine. This Malaga wine is made with Tempranillo, Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. It is a biodynamic wine.

Its fruit in the form of wild red berries shows up strongly, together with creamy touches of white chocolate and toast. In the mouth, the salinity typical of biodynamic viticulture (based on the cosmos and nature) appears to give a good account of its minerality.

A wine to enjoy.

Tell this when serving it: Ronda is a place where historically the vine had been present, since in the time of the Iberians and after the Romans it was cultivated in the city of ACINIPO (hence the name of one of the wines of the winery), whose Roman remains are located 20 kms from the centre of Ronda.

The 6 wines that make up the winery's collection have each of the letters that make up their surname: SCHATZ.
